Mr. Feuchtinger serves as Co-Principal of Simplicity Houston. In this role, Mr. Feuchtinger oversees the strategic planning of the business and performs consulting and recruitment duties as needed. Prior to joining Simplicity, Mr. Feuchtinger was the Founder and President of Fidelity Financial Group (FFG), a national brokerage and marketing organization that specializes in wholesaling life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and disability protection. Prior to founding FFG, he held numerous roles as a general agent and career agency manager for prominent insurance companies. Mr. Feuchtinger has nearly five decades of experience in the financial services industry. He is a registered securities principal, holding his FINRA Series 6, 63, 26 and 22 licenses, and a Group 1 Life License. Mr. Feuchtinger served in the U.S. Navy from 1965 through 1968 and earned a B.S. in finance from Florida Atlantic University.

Mr. Juul serves as Co-Principal of Simplicity Houston. In this role, Mr. Juul oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, agent recruitment, as well as provides sales training and marketing support to agency groups across the country.

In this role, Mr. Juul oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, agent recruitment, as well as provides sales training and marketing support to agency groups across the country. Mr. Juul has been in the Insurance industry since 1996. Prior to joining Simplicity, Mr. Juul was National Marketing Director for Fidelity Financial Group, a national brokerage and marketing organization that specializes in wholesaling life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and disability protection. Mr. Juul has over 20 years of combined sales, marketing, and recruiting experience in the financial services industry. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in Lawrence. Mr. Juul is a registered securities principal, holding his FINRA Series 24, 7, 66, 63 licenses, and a Group 1 Life License.
